Ethiopian family business caters to rising demand for Injera internationally

(Mar 24, (CGTN Africa))--An Ethiopian company that bakes and sells Injera is making it big internationally. The demand for Injera is skyrocketing because it's a flat bread that's gluten free. CGTN's Coletta Wanjohi takes us to an Injera factory in Addis Ababa.
