Ethiopian artist uses cow hides to create masterpieces

(Mar 24, An Ethiopian artist wants to redefine African art by using objects from traditional settings, and scaling them up to become fine art. The graduate of art from the Addis Ababa University is using only raw cow hides to show that traditional materials can be compatible with contemporary artistic expression.
